In the 1920s, industrialists worldwide were engaged in a costly struggle for rubber. Henry Ford, then producing one million cars a year, entered this battle by launching an enormous and audacious investment that included the transportation of an entire American city deep into the Amazon jungle. "FORDLANDIA" unveils this immense yet little known venture in the life of America's greatest automobile tycoon.
