RENT A CAR

The organization of Laser Worlds is giving the option of renting cars on Hertz with special rates.
The validaty of the proposal below is from 09/01/2005 to 12/20/2005, with the following qualifications and requirements:
- This Promotional Rate could not be combined with other promotions, coupons or discounting;
- Rates in USD (American Dollares) and will be exchanged to BRL (Brazilian Reais) on the rental day;
- This Promotional Rate may be changed without advance notice;
- Reservation is upon request;
- In all categories they will be able to have similar vehicles to the described models;
- The minimum rental age is 21;
- A credit card is required for rental. Acceptable: American Express / MasterCard / Diners / Visa;
- Free kilometrage;
- LDW - Loss Damage Waiver benefit is included, with Obligatory Participation of until BRL 500.00 in case of Robbery, accidents or damages to the rented vehicle;
- Included Protection for property damages and injuries caused any third partie. The obligation to compensate of HERTZ is limited to the amount of BRL 35,000.00 (thirty and five a thousand Reais) per accident;
- PAI (PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE) is included - Personal Protection for the occupants of the rented vehicle, as limits established in the Contract of Location.
- Intercity fee will be applied;
- Refueling is not included in the rate;
- 10.9% Service Tax is included.
