“duel” between Frederico Melo, from
Portugal, and Blair McLay, from New Zealand, got
stirred up even more today, when the two athletes
raced together in the same fleet for the first
time. Frederico surpassed Blair and took the lead
in Radial Youth with only a 1 point difference.

boat and didn´t run the first race, finishing
the day in 16th.

Reyes is now the leader between woman. She took
the leadership from new zealander Cushla Hume-Merry,
who was leading the championship since the first
day. But it´s only a 3 point difference,
which reserves exciting races between female athletes.

raced by the ones that reached positions from
53rd on, spanish Álvaro Gutiérresz
